Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 215(HES), thus adopting SCS CSHB 215(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 215(HES)?"
